The most common question that is asked during a job interview concerns a take-home pay, i.e. net remuneration.

Let us start with the fact that employers in Poland use only gross amounts, i.e. the amount of remuneration before deduction of tax as well as social and health insurance contributions. Fortunately, there are calculators that automatically allow us to convert our gross salary to net and vice versa. Some calculators allow you to not only calculate your net monthly salary but also your social security, health insurance and tax contributions.
